K.I.T.E.S

21st May 2010 wud remain a wonderful day in my life, nt bcoz i did something exquisitely great bt bcoz i watched something exquisitely great...'KITES' is the movie that i am talking abt and b4 i talk anything abt its actors or performances or anything, ppl who still want to stay 20years back in watching a movie or who say 6songs and 4 fights is a movie to them plz refrain frm reading further and u can hav all the fun in reading websites which encourage such stuff...This is purely frm my heart and ofcourse this is my blog...:P...So its readers discretion now...

K...cool...so now that u r reading this i believe u r an intelligent movie lover...:)

Well...wat do i say abt Kites...its by far one of the best movies i hav ever watched and i am true to every letter of the word wen i say this...wat can u nt like abt this...Hrithik is splendid, awesome, terrific, brilliant and guys watever word i find to match this actor its jus too small a word to describe him...watta performance...fantastic...
His eyes wer mesmerising and captivating and exuded every lil detail or i must say nuances of emotions...i think i hav got someone to look upto and i guess this performance of his is an inspiration to me to reach higher levels...

Barbara Mori, in a single word, is divine...and here i wud like to define the word divine as said by our beloved comedian Brahmi..."Divine ante wine lantidi entha thagithe antha kick isthundi"...exactly the same way, how much ever u look at her she provides u that aura that keeps u bewitched...

The movie is so well made that it hardly takes ur eyes off it...once again its the chemistry between the lead pair that enamours u and leaves u fascinating and the climax is superb to say the least...it was such an emotional moment for me that i wud never forget...

Well a movie of this caliber is definitely nt fr ppl who left this page after reading the 1st paragraph...seriously guys, i hope its between us, do these ppl never like movies which r so true and touching and realistic...i am nt saying this only bcoz of this movie bt few of the other good telugu and hindi movies that i watched recently...i want the standards of our industry to grow and i feel that happens only wen ther is a balance between realistic and reelistic movies...i am nt against formulaic movies bt ther needs to be a break somewer...hope the situation gets better and movies such as kites hail...

My Name is...

...Kkkkhan. I have no words to describe the movie MNIK. Awesome, great, amazing, excellent, fantastic or i wud put them all into a single word...Khantastic!!! I say its Khantastic for 2 reasons, one bcoz its a shahrukh khan's movie and two bcoz of shahrukh in the movie. For ppl who din understand that i wud like to clear it up a lil...the 1st reason is decodable :P, 2nd one is for the acting prowess that shahrukh has shown in the movie.

I fell in love with the character right from the beginning and Rizwan Khan wudn't hav been so special and emotional and touching and impacting and applauding had it nt been Shahrukh. I smiled wen he smiled, i had tears wen he had tears, to put in a simpler way i journeyed with Rizwan Khan through out the movie...and guys not only me everyone in the theatre must hav definitely felt the same way as i did. There was a huge appluase after the movie got over and this shud suffice the previous statement. Such was the impression he created. As a novice in the acting field i wud hav to learn a lot frm him, right frm the way he walks, the way he talks, the way he emotes, his mannersims and wat not...everything.

Kajol is refreshing and adds value to the movie. She does an amazing job and the Shahrukh-Kajol pair as always look cute and fresh even after pairing up for so many times before. The music was an asset to the movie and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio's work is commendable. Cinematography is superb. All this with Shahrukh has made the movie marvelous.

It proves again y he is called King Khan and in my opinion this movie shud go to the Oscar film festival (jus my opinion...). I suggest u all watch it and travel along with Rizwan khan thru his wonderful journey.

Long time no see...

Well, well, well…it’s been a long time that I have updated my blog. I was busy with all kinds of stuff in my life, of both extremes. Right frm watching a superb movie Sambo siva Sambo to visiting my frnd in a hospital in bangalore who met with an accident (Thank god that he is recovering slowly now). Now I got a lil free so I am updating it.

New Year has been good so far except for a few things which upset general public in terms of the agitations going on in the state and me bcoz of my frnd having met with an accident. Well the general perception is, Everything that starts well wud end well but my belief is (along with the general perception) Everything that doesn’t start well also ends well (All izz well…:)). So jus waiting for all these issues to settle down as that wud help me professionally and personally.

Well coming to the movie that I watched on 14th of jan, Sambo Siva Sambo. It’s an amazing movie that I have watched in recent times. I wud like to mention here that half the ppl may nt be liking the movie bt still, I loved it. The performances delivered by all the actors especially by Allari Naresh and Ravi Teja were awesome. That is what is called believing the character and living in it. It starts off slowly bt it picks up pace before the interval and a nice twist post interval. To say it in short it was a very good movie.

Waiting for good things to happen...fingers crossed :)

That’s all for now…will keep u updated...

Happy New Year 2010

Happy New year everyone...hope this year brings success and happiness to all of us...

In midst of all the confused situation we finally got to celebrate New year. Thanks to ppl who made it possible. I was out with my frnd and his colleagues to Taj Banjara. The very first thought we all had wen we entered the place was, Oh god y did we come here...and then we wer completely out of enthusiasm as it was more like a marriage reception( None of us knew that new year parties wud be like that, atleast nt me) with tables spread across the lawn and a small stage with an anchor giving away gift vouchers to ppl who came on to the stage 1st or sing a song with a word given by her or something uninteresting and a much smaller dance floor(i wudn't personally call it a dance floor bt yes it is). But all this changed once the live performance started by one of the VIVA band girls 'Pratichee'. She was amazing and invigorated our spirits and we hit the dance floor immediately. It was all fun and after few songs ther was a break taken by her and the DJ spun his wheel which made the crowd go crazy and all of us wer enjoying his tracks. These were much better numbers to dance on than her songs...:P.

And the countdown began 10,9,8.....3,2 and 1 'HAPPY NEW YEAR' everyone rejoiced the moment. All of us wer wishing each other and it was really fun to be there. It turned out to be completely different frm wat we thought it might be in the beginning to wat we actually enjoyed in the end. We danced and danced and danced and suddenly pratichee came back onto the stage to perform bt no one was interested in her songs as the dj was much more fun. She performed a few songs and left and frm then till 1:30(wen the dj played his last track 'All is Well' frm '3 idiots') we danced crazily. After all this we wished each other again and bade a good bye.

I enjoyed every bit of welcoming the New year and this was the 1st time i enjoyed New year being with my frnds and hope i wud enjoy lots and lots in the coming years as well. Once again everyone i wish u a very happy and successful new year...

3 idiots

3 idiots, a movie of a lifetime in which one can find all kinds of emotions. A movie that gives us a nostalgic feeling. Aamir khan's one of the best movies ever. I loved the movie. Aamir is a perfectionist and true to his image he gives an outstading performance. Right from his physique to match the college going guy, to the mannerisms, to the bodylanguage, everything perfect. I hope i wud become such a great actor some day...:)

I am feeling so nostalgic about the movie that i want to go and watch the movie again while i am writing this. Aamir's characterisation is superb. Not to forget, Madhavan and Sharman Joshi hav also done a fantastic job. The whole movie is entertaining providing all kinds of emotions. There wer a few situations wen tears rolled down my cheeks. I am amazed by the way bollywood is going and growing in terms of their movies, actors and performances and wish tollywood wud reach and outsmart them. Oh ya i forgot abt the creative idea of aamir khan for the publicity which was close to the movie's story. How can he hav so many talents dude...amazing. I feel like going infront of him and say 'Jahapana thussi mahan ho' bt nt in the movie style ofcourse...:P

Screenplay is fantastic, camerawork is relishing and dialogues make sense to the present generation. It showcases life of some students who wish to become something bt hav to study engg due to pressure frm their parents and ppl who commit suicide nt withstanding the academic pressure. It is so common in indian lifestyle that we tend to forget it nt bcoz we want to bt bcoz we hav to. Nt much of options left to students on wat they want to become in life. In the movie however maddy explains his father on wat he really wants to become and i hav to tell u guys, its one of the best scenes of the movie.

Kareena is sizzling both hot and cute...;) and she looks good with aamir. Who doesn't look good with him...:)

I have to conclude this saying i hav had a wonderful experience watching the movie and it wud be a treat to watch and especially to students who r in their engg colleges or jus graduated...:)
